Makadi Bay is located directly on the Red Sea, 35 km south of Hurghada. It is a place with beautiful hotels and magnificent beaches that slowly drains in the Red Sea. Here are beautiful coral reefs and the sun shines deep into the water, so you will experience scuba diving and snorkelling intensely. You can find shipwrecks just nearby the coast; a challenge for divers to explore these shipwrecks.

To visit the city of Hurghada is definitely worth it with the Grand Mosque, the Maria Church, the Marina and various shops.

Along the coastal road Shereton Road you have the tourist centre Sakkala with nice shops, restaurants and coffee shops. In the older Centre of Dahar you can find smaller simple shops and the market. Here are also several small restaurants and numerous coffee houses where you can smoke shisha. Most of the shops are open throughout the day until midnight.

In and around Hurghada drive buses, many small white buses and plenty of taxis.

To bring a visit to the Marina of Hurghada, is also recommended. You'll find several cafés, restaurants, shops and a bazar.  The illuminated boats in the evenings give a beautiful view.
